Jo, a certified Aurifilosopher, will present a fun and informative presentation and trunk show of her quilts and projects that will increase your knowledge of thread, tools, uses, and tips. A free spool of thread is included in your goody bag!
The Wonky Giraffe has been in its new premises for one whole year! Join me and my special guest, Jo Avery, to help celebrate the anniversary of our opening.
Jo will be giving a special Aurifilosophy presentation and sharing many of her beautiful quilts, embroideries and other projects, all made using Aurifil thread. She’ll also be answering questions, meeting and greeting and signing copies of both her books. There will be delicious refreshments on hand, an exciting goody bag for each participant and a 10% discount off any purchases made on the day! Please note no additional discounts from loyalty cards will be given on this day.
Tickets cost £10 and the event runs from 1:30pm - 4:30pm, with Jo's lecture starting at 2:00pm. Places are limited and on a first come first served basis.
